Laura Tuttle, pictured with her Boston Terrier Emmyt, Lab Carson, and her Lab mix Tucker (who is no longer with us), is no stranger to Doggy Day Care. Starting out as a long-time customer of CBDDC (when Tucker was just a wee-pup), then joining the team as CBDDC's groomer, she was later promoted to Facility Manager of the west side day care and kennels at Harmony Pet Care. Currently the General Manager of Harmony Pet Care, she is also a member of the Wisconsin Veterinary Practice Managers Association through which she furthers her education in the animal industry. Behavior Seminars, Behavior Videos and books and Training classes are just a few of the tools that she furthers her knowledge and understanding of pets. Laura brings with her a wide range of experience and knowledge in animal care, behaviors, and training.
Laura and her husband Neil share their home with, Emmyt, Carson, and their cats Baxter and Nigel (and the occasional foster from Wisconsin Boston Terrier Rescue).

JoAnn, CVT

JoAnn is a graduate of the Madison Area Technical College Veterinary Technology program. She has over a decade of clinical experience with small animals. JoAnn has a hobby farm with her husband John where they raise a variety of animals. JoAnn has two dogs and two cats, and is currently training her Chesapeake Bay Retriever "Nellie" for hunt trials. Her other CBR, Norman, has his AKC and UKC finished titles. |

Margret, CVT

Margret has a Bachelors degree in Biology from UW Milwaukee and has recently became a Certified Veterinary Technician. She has been working with animals for several years. Before coming to us she worked in the Zoo setting for 8 years with a variety of animals including Rhinos, Elephants, and the Big Cats. She also worked as the assistant manager in the Doggy Day Care and Kenneling side of our facility when we first opened in 2002.
Currently she is taking care of her 2 Great Danes Bousha (Fawn), and Brynn (Brindle). |

Michele is a graduate from Madison Area Technical College where in 1989 she received her Veterinary Technician degree and before that an Accounting Associate Degree. She has been working in Small Animal practices including her part time position here at harmony pet care.
Michele lives on a farm where she raises sheep with her husband, Jim and daughter Rachel along with their 3 cardigan welsh corgis and lab mix. |

Natalie, CVT

Natalie has been working with animals since 2003 when she started as a dog handler for Central Bark Doggy Day Care. She soon went on to start her career in veterinary medicine. In 2009 she obtained her Certified Veterinary Technician License. She spent time working with a Board Certified Veterinary Dentist and enjoys furthering her education in all aspects of Veterinary Medicine. She spends her free time with her boyfriend Paul, and dogs Benny (Boxer) and Minga (Greyhound Mix). |

Luann has worked in Customer Service Related positions for 10 years before starting at Harmony in September 2003. She has one daughter, Michelle, who graduated from Marquette University in May 2003, a Golden Retriever/Sheltie mix named Rylee and the newest addition, Maddigan, a Katrina Rescue Mix. |

Katie, Day Care Manager

Katie received her bachelor's degree with an Art History major from Valparaiso University in May 2006. She has been a member of the Harmony Pet Care staff since October 2006, and became kennel manager in December of 06. In April of 2008, she began work as the daycare manager. She has had previous job experience with dog handling and pet sitting since high school and is an avid animal lover who has always enjoyed reading and learning more about animal behavior. Her interests include photography, and she enjoys integrating her love of art with her four-legged clientele at Harmony. Her and her husband, Andy, have two four-legged children, McCartney and Chewbacca, both Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. |

Steve, Kennel Manager

Steve has had a lifelong interest in animal behavior. He graduated from Kent State University (Ohio) with a BS in Psychology and minored in Sociology. He further expanded his knowledge of animal behavior and learning by becoming a Certified Pet Dog Trainer in 2009. He and his wife Lisa moved to Wisconsin and Steve joined the HPC team in early 2010, starting off as a pet caregiver and working his way up to his current management position. When not working with pets Steve enjoys reading, horticulture and spending time with friends, family and their two new kittens Nora & Jade. |

Heather, Pet Care Supervisor

Heather graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She started at Harmony in October of 2004 as a part-time dog handler. In the fall of 2006 she took over the full time position of Pet Care Supervisor. Throughout the year she enjoys spending time outdoors with Angus, either in the snow or camping in the summer with her family. |

Teresa always loved animals ever since she was a little girl. She volunteered at Washington County Humane Society dog walking and playing with the pups. Wisconsin Humane Society was the next stop for knowledge where she had hands on dog training since 2007. She is currently volunteering with For Pet's Sake as an assistant dog trainer. Teresa started at Harmony Pet Care in early 2008 and quickly showed her knowledge of pets and training and became our Pet Care Supervisor soon after she started. She acquires more knowledge daily through hands on work at Harmony and at the Humane Society. She shares her life with her Rottweiler, Cyrus. |
